P. Burgos may be your usual 24/7 community. But when Halloween knocks, the area is transformed into a strip of horror not recommended for the faint of heart. Bars compete for a prize for the best design while individuals compete for the best costume award.

Girl on the left as Black Darna. For those of you who do not know who Darna is, she is the Filipino equivalent of Super Girl. The guy on the other hand is dressed as a dark/fallen angel.

If memory serves me right, this is a character from Darna, one of the villains.
